Purpose of the role

  • To interpret creative briefs and generate visual concepts and ideas that effectively communicate client messages across various media and communication channels.
  • To create professional and compelling visual materials for the clients of the agency, in order to meet their marketing and advertising needs.
  • To actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to client projects.

Main Responsibilities

  • Create visual materials based on client and project manager requests: social media graphics, website assets, marketing materials (flyers, brochures, banners), and other campaign visuals.
  • Develop creative concepts and innovative approaches for promotional campaigns, tailoring designs to platform and audience, in line with feedback received.
  • Ensure brand identity consistency: adapt visual proposals to reflect the client’s brand identity across all assets.
  • Collaborate closely with copy, UX, web, and other teams to create cohesive and impactful brand experiences.
  • Actively contribute in brainstorming sessions with original and creative ideas that enrich the range of visual proposals.
  • Manage time efficiently: estimate execution time and responsibly handle tasks based on briefs, meeting deadlines.
  • Continuously improve creative quality: enhance graphic design skills through feedback, research, and learning, staying updated with trends and techniques to add value to client projects.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Align with the project team to maintain visual consistency across all communication platforms.
  • Prepare assets for print or digital publication (DTP) and adapt materials to various formats.
  • Familiarize with the client’s brand standards and design guidelines.
  • Properly organize and archive design files
  • Comply with the standards and requirements set by the project manager and creative director to ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and the creative team’s quality benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with senior designers and the team to understand project requirements and contribute creatively.
  • Attend team and project meetings, except for days off, legal holidays, or pre-approved absences.

Specific Requirements for the Role

  • Creativity & adaptability: Ability to generate creative visuals tailored to project specifications and adapt designs based on feedback or brief changes.
  • Clear & professional presentation: Ability to present creative ideas in a clear and convincing manner.
  • Organization & time management: Effectively plan and prioritize tasks, realistically estimate project timelines, and meet deadlines.
  • Technical skills: Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, willingness to learn new tools.
  • Design fundamentals: Basic knowledge of branding and graphic design principles (composition, typography, color).
  • Attention to detail & quality: Carefully review all created materials to ensure consistency, brand alignment, and a high standard of delivery.
  • Teamwork & collaboration: Actively contribute to team efforts, maintaining constructive feedback flows and ensuring harmony between visual and written content.
  • Responsibility & integrity: Ethical and responsible behavior, with a proactive role in the success of projects and client satisfaction.
  • Analytical thinking: Good capacity for analysis and synthesis, useful in interpreting client feedback and briefs to find effective visual communication solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • Higher education (Bachelor’s degree)
  • Studies in graphic design or a relevant portfolio
  • Min. 1.5 years of experience in Graphic Design
