Essential Skills

Visual editing software (Photoshop / AI / Figma or whatever gets the job done)
Basic knowledge of After Effects components and project workflow
Capable of understanding business requirements or doing proper research to reach clarity
Capable of both creative design and functional design

Nice-to-have Skills

at least one motion graphics project 30s or longer, either in a business or academic scenario
graphic design experience - at least 1 year of paid work
Nice to haves: product demo videos, storyboard design, other forms of motion. Experience in digital product companies is also a big plus
your portfolio is extremely relevant

Motion
with a Motion Graphics Coordinator, who will also be your mentor

with all colleagues in the Art department, including an Art Coordinator, who will be one of your mentors
Copy
most art & motion briefs come from copy
Growth
the growth department (and also performance) sometimes have art/video/motion requests

💻 Hardware: All the hardware and software you require is included, but you can also choose to use your own PC / Laptop
📖 Learning: There is a dedicated learning/training budget in the agency, that anyone can use. We also have a full subscription to CXL Academy and many other learning resources
🦉 Mentoring: we have a strong mentoring culture. You will be assigned a mentor and have regular 1to1 sessions, aside from the ability to schedule sessions with other mentors in the agency
🛋️ Hybrid & Flexible Work: for 2024, we offer full flexibility of working, either remote or at the office.
⏰ Schedule: flexible, but take note that we do have daily meetings starting at 10:00 am. The early bird always gets the worm.
