Aliant: Reimagining the perceived value of “Book a demo”

They come from a strong background of enterprise IT implementation & consulting but are currently adding more cutting-edge services to their portfolio, such as Low-Code & RPA.

The Challenge

Aliant was looking to start communicating adding RPA services, to their portfolio towards new customers, but wanted to move quickly. Just a landing page, with paid ads experiments on multiple channels. The problem was that the “Book a demo” CTA is a pretty tough ask on a first date with a B2B decision maker.

Solution

Create a radical shift in perceived value by changing “Book a demo” to “Sign up for one of the exclusive, personalized, C-Level Workshops for Process Automation that Aliant is organizing next month”.
For the prospect, this is a no-brainer – they are getting high value consulting for their entire management team. For Aliant – they are getting the entire management team in the same room to talk about optimizing their processes with the help of RPA.

Results

Even though it was the secondary CTA on the website, it was getting 5x more requests that the traditional “Contact” & “Book a demo” .

We ended up with more than a dozen workshops hosted to high-potential leads that were handpicked out of all the leads – because announcing the workshop as limited also gave us the luxury of being selective.
