Promocrat Media Srl is the organizer of the Traction Conference, the Romanian registered company, headquartered in Bucharest, Str. Mihai Eminescu 142, 2nd district.

REGARDING THE ATTENDEES:

Tickets for Traction Conference 2023 can be bought via the official website, in the “Buy Tickets” section: https://promocrat.com/conference, or by contacting the organization team via the events@promocrat.ro. We recommend contacting us via email if you plan to attend with a team of 4+ members, so we can discuss a personalized offer.

Eligibility
Participants must be at least 18 years of age.

Refund and cancellation policy for tickets:
Ticket refunds:
If, for any reason, you’re unable to attend the Traction Conference, we understand. You can request a full refund of your ticket purchase up until 24 hours before the event starts. This allows us to adjust arrangements accordingly. To initiate a refund request, please send an email to events@promocrat.ro, and our team will promptly assist you.

2. Ticket Transfers:
We also recognize that circumstances might change, but the learning shouldn’t be missed. If you can’t make it to the conference, you have the option to transfer your ticket to someone else. Simply notify us at events@promocrat.ro, and provide us with the details of the person who will be taking your place. This way, the transition will be smooth, and your ticket won’t go to waste.

Intellectual Property:

All materials, presentations, and content shared during the conference are protected by intellectual property rights. However, attendees can use and distribute the conference content (including pictures taken at the conferences, and ideas discussed during the panels).

Photography and Recording:

Photography, video recording, or live streaming may occur during the conference. We reserve the right to share such content on each of our digital channels (ex: Website, Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Ad platforms, and press) for promotional purposes.
If you would like us to remove content that includes your image, please contact events@promocrat.ro.

Liability:

Promocrat has no liability for any loss, injury, or damage to personal property occurred during the event. Please travel safely to and from the venue, and take care of your health, and personal belongings.

PRIVACY POLICY:

Article 5(1) of GDPR requires that personal data shall be: “(a) processed lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner in relation to individuals. (b) collected for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes and not further processed in a manner that is incompatible with those purposes; further processing for archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific or historical research purposes, or statistical purposes shall not be considered to be incompatible with the initial purposes (‘purpose limitation’);

(c) adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed (‘data minimization);

(d) accurate and, where necessary, kept up to date; every reasonable step must be taken to ensure that personal data that are inaccurate, having regard to the purposes for which they are processed, are erased or rectified without delay (‘accuracy’);

(e) kept in a form that permits identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data are processed; personal data may be stored for longer periods insofar as the personal data will be processed solely for archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific or historical research purposes or statistical purposes subject to the implementation of the appropriate technical and organizational measures required by the GDPR in order to safeguard the rights and freedoms of individuals (‘storage limitation’);

(f) processed in a manner that ensures appropriate security of the personal data, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage, using appropriate technical or organizational measures (‘integrity and confidentiality).”

Article 5(2) specifies that “The controller shall be responsible for, and be able to demonstrate compliance with, paragraph 1 (‘accountability’).”

Promocrat is abiding by the general data protection regime mentioned above in regard to the Traction Conference

Changes and Cancellations:

We reserve the right to make changes to the conference schedule, speakers, or venue if deemed necessary. We are fully committed to promptly notifying all registered attendees about any such changes or cancellations, utilizing the contact information (email address and/or phone number) provided at the time of ticket purchase.

In case of unforeseen circumstances beyond the organizer’s control, the conference may be postponed or canceled. In the case of postponement, all tickets already purchased will remain valid for admission to the rescheduled event. Attendees will be duly informed of the new event date, and their ticket entitlement will remain unaffected. However, in the unfortunate need to cancel the conference entirely, we will be handling refunds. In such a scenario, attendees will have the option to request a full refund of the ticket price, with the exception of a nominal processing fee to cover administrative costs.

Governing Law:

The agreement between you and Promocrat regarding the purchasing of a ticket and/or the registration for the Traction Conference, including these Terms and Conditions, is governed by Romanian Law.

REGARDING SPONSORS & EXHIBITORS:

All sponsorship and exhibitor applications are subject to approval by the Traction Conference organizing team. Payment for sponsorship or exhibition packages must be submitted to secure participation. All representatives staffing the booth should be registered attendees of the conference and adhere to the conference guidelines.

Promotional materials:

Promotional materials, displays, and setups must align with the conference theme. Exhibitors are responsible for their booth setup, including tables, signage, and any technology required.

Sponsors and exhibitors may promote their participation in the conference through their channels.

Liability:

Sponsors and exhibitors are responsible for their own materials, equipment, and property brought to the conference venue. Traction Conference and its organizers are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to sponsors’ or exhibitors’ property or personnel.

By participating as a sponsor or exhibitor at the Traction Conference, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. We’re excited to have you on board and look forward to a collaborative and successful event!

What types of similar tracking technologies do we use?

Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (” Google “). Google Analytics uses cookies to help the website analyze how users use that page. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the Website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators, and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. We also use the technology provided by Facebook and Linkedin.
Facebook Custom Ads is a set of cookies that track your interactions with our Site, in order to offer you personalized advertising on Facebook where you are a registered user of such a service. Your encrypted email address is also shared by us or our third-party service providers with Facebook for this purpose.
Facebook Pixel is used to track the level of conversion in Facebook ads and to target users with Facebook ads based on the actions they take on our site.
This pixel records information about a user’s browser session, which they send to Facebook, along with an anonymous version of their Facebook ID and URL. This allows us to target our Facebook ads to the audience of people who have visited the site.
We also use the technology provided by Linkedin, through Linkedin Insight Tag.

Linkedin Insight Tag is used to track the level of conversion in LinkedIn ads and to target users with Linkedin ads based on the actions they take on our site. This pixel records information about a user’s browser session, which they send to Linkedin, along with an anonymous version of their Linkedin ID and URL. This allows us to target our Linkedin ads to the audience of people who have visited the site.


User’s personal data is processed subject to their consent, which is voluntary and provided by the User when he accesses the Site.
